My daughter bought a home with help from Mike Korczyk. She was a first time home buyer. I attended every house showing and the closing. Mike was awesome he took his time explaining everything to her. He responded to text messages immediately. He would answer questions at all hours of the day or night. He walked her through all her closing documentation and is very knowledgeable about repair costs. I felt very comfortable with him and would have him work with my other children. I would definitely work with Mike again.
