Island realty has successfully closed the sale of 3 properties and one pending at the time of this review for me. My experience with this company has been fantastic. I have dealt with several island realty staff members and all have been very helpful and professional. What sets them apart i is their willingness to help one another when needed. They put the client first and they realize that by helping each other they are helping their clients. My primary agent/contact is Els Ferguson. Her guidance, professionalism and hard work is exceptional. Not once has she let me down, always at the ready to help. Els puts forth the effort that other agents I have worked with in the past simply don’t or won’t do. From staging the homes, to photography to open houses and all the other related work that goes into selling my properties. She puts in the work.
