“Attention Island Realty: I would like to express my thanks to you and our realtor, Sandy Tomchick, who in my opinion went the extra mile for us. We were helping our parents to sell their house while they live in assisted living. They are unable to leave the facility. Sandy brought them paperwork and sat outside on the porch at Elmcroft (because she wasn’t allowed in) and they are not very mobile. Sandy communicated to me how and what she was sending me and what to say, and ask of my parents to sign, and was so very patient. She walked us through it all, and she sold the house.  My parents are very grateful (this money will assist their care)that they were able to complete this task.
